Stage The World

Riverside National Theatre of Parramatta

The Stage The World (STW) program combined spoken word poetry and performance in an artful and sometimes silly way. The program consisted of 2 weeks of performance and writing training with Playwrite and poet Azan Ahmed . This led to a final performance Bars from the heart - as part of the Heartland Festival which got a standing ovation.

By the end of the two weeks, I had learnt so much about stage prescence and combining poetry and performance.
